New Mercedes Benz AMG C63 S E Performance Launched In India

Mercedes Benz India has launched the new Mercedes Benz AMG C63 S E Performance in India. The performance car is launched with an introductory price of 1.95 crore, ex-showroom. The AMG C63 S E Performance is the third AMG car by Mercedes Benz launched in 2024 in India. Buyers can book the car right away but deliveries will commence from April 2025 onwards. The AMG C63 S E Performance is powered by a 2-litre petrol engine that outputs 670bhp and the power is sent to the wheels via a 9-speed transmission.

Buyers will get a complementary Nurburgring experience with the new Mercedes Benz AMG C63 S E Performance. The V8 engine is a miss from the new AMG C63 S E and is replaced by a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder, turbo-petrol engine that makes 476hp and 545Nm. The new AMG C63 S E is fitted with active rear-axle steering. The performance sedan also gets an electric range of 13km because of its hybrid system. Total maximum output comes at 680hp and a whopping 1,020Nm of torque. The new AMG C63 S E can sprint from 0 to 100 in just 3.4 seconds with a top speed of 280kmph.

The new C 63 comes with eight drive modes – Electric, Comfort, Battery Hold, Sport, Sport+, RACE, Slippery, and Individual – along three levels for its adaptive damping system – Comfort, Sport, and Sport+.

The new Mercedes Benz AMG C63 S E Performance gets additional aggressive basics in the styling, such as the AMG-specific grille with vertical struts and a narrow air outlet in the center of the bonnet along with two power bulges and AMG-spec model comes with a vertically slatted grille with active shutters that open or close dependent on the engine’s cooling needs. The new AMG C63 S E is not at all identical to the standard Mercedes Benz C Class.

The new C63 S E is longer by 83mm and the wheelbase has grown by 10mm too. In addition to this, the front track width has also been increased by 76mm. The front end of the car is also 50mm wider and the front wings are wider.

The new AMG C63 S E shares the same dashboard and layout as the regular Mercedes Benz C Class. But the new C63 S E comes with an all-black theme and an AMG-specific steering wheel. It also gets ventilated sports seats with Nappa leather and carbon fiber interior trim. Further, the new C63 S E gets a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment and head-up display, and the 710W, 15-speaker Burmester sound system, ADAS features, 7 airbags, and a 360-degree camera.

The new Mercedes Benz AMG C63 S E Performance is launched with a price of 1.95 crore, ex-showroom. The super sedan car is available at a price of 2.31 crore, on-road price in Mumbai.

The Mercedes Benz AMG C63 S E Performance has no rival car in India. But buyers get plenty of options when they are spending over 2.31 crores on a car.

The new BMW M5 Competition was launched recently at a price of 1.99 lakh, ex-showroom. It is just 4 lakh more expensive than the Mercedes Benz AMG C63 S E Performance.

The new BMW M5 Competition is available at a price of 2.36 crore, on-road price in Mumbai. The new BMW M5 is more stylish, powerful, and classy than the AMG C63 S E Performance.
