BMW India has launched the new BME M4 CS in the country. The performance car has been launched at Rs 1.89 crore, ex-showroom price. The new BMW M4 CS is 40 lakh more expensive than the previous BMW M4 Competition. BMW M4 CS is also the first-ever BMW CS model to be launched in India.
BMW M4 CS engine
The new BMW M4 CS uses the same engine as the standard BMW M4. It is powered by a 3.0-litre twin-turbo straight-six engine that produces 550hp and 650Nm. The new M4 CS is 20kg lighter due to the titanium exhaust silencer and various carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) components, including the center console, gearbox paddles, and various interior trim pieces.
The new BMW M4 CS has lighter wheels. It is equipped with 19-inch alloys up front and 20-inchers at the rear. The M4 CS can sprint from 0 to 100kph in 3.4 seconds with a top speed of 302kph. It also gets BMW’s Adaptive M suspension as standard.

The new BMW M4 CS is treated with new yellow-tinted daytime-running lights that are not available on the M4 Competition. The kidney grille features a red outline, as well as bronze wheels. The head-up display comes with M-specific graphics, while there’s also a dedicated M Mode button on the centre console. Moreover, it comes with an M-specific Setup button on the centre console, that permits direct access to the settings options for the engine, chassis, steering, braking system, and all-wheel drive.
In the inner, the BMW M4 CS gets a flat-bottom Alcantara M steering wheel. The flat-bottom Alcantara M steering wheel is an extra optional on the M4 Competition.
The new M4 CS gets BMW’s curved display, which comprises a 14.9-inch touchscreen and 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, running the latest BMW Operating System 8.5. BMW has also prepared the M4 CS with M Carbon bucket seats. Other highlights include red ‘CS’ lettering on the centre console, M seat belts, M4 CS door sills, and more.

Also, the BMW M5 comes with the latest technology, it is more powerful and attractive than the M4 CS.
